Upgrade cancellation

The plan today was to upgrade the OS on my computer at work (RedHat Enterpise 3->4), but there's some totally mysterious problem with the USB or something that keeps it from happening at all, so instead we're just going to leave it until I get a new computer later this year. Which is w00tness, basically, because now I don't have to spend the rest of this week reinstalling things. Huzzah!

In other news, Halloween is past, the punkins are shrivelling, and extra candy is sitting on counters in the breakroom area for passers-by to snatch, but my hair is still blonde.

I'm kinda diggin' on the new icon. It's not as evil at 100x100 as it is at full size, and it's a decent picture of me. I was planning on using it only until Halloween, but now I'm starting to think about continuing to use it for a bit longer, maybe until my hair grows out.

Waddaya think?

I really do love you (and I did notice your icon, even though I usually have to read LJ though an RSS feed....stupid filters), but I had to pick the answer that said I didn't. Because sometimes it is fun to play the bitch (or bastard).

And no one had picked that answer yet, and it was a shame, because it was such a good answer, and I didn't want it to feel left out.
