What's your favorite ice cream flavor?

dr_tectonicI want to post, but I can't think of anything to post about. (My terribly exciting week has been taking a workshop on a new programming language/package that will easily read NetCDF datafiles and make all kinds of lovely plots. I made a map that looks like a windshield today! It will be very useful at work, but not very interesting to talk about.)
So instead, I will put a new twist on the "ask me a question" thing and start answering questions that I've seen in other people's journals.
What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?
This is a difficult question. I don't, generally speaking, have favorites when it comes to food. There are some things I don't like, and some I do, and some I like a lot, but there are no clear front-runners, and comparing two foods is often like... well, like comparing apples and oranges. Sometimes it *is* apples and oranges. (In fact, I don't think I could say whether I like apples or oranges better. Depends on the apple, the orange, and my mood.)
Among my favorites: peach, coconut,
So, let's see. It's hard to go wrong with ice cream (especially good stuff), but I don't olike overly sweet. Flavors I like a lot: Pistachio. Coffee. Green tea. Coconut (*real* coconut, that is). Mexican chocolate. Sweet cream. Guinness stout from Tosci's. Peach -- well, any fruit flavor, really. Except banana. Key lime pie. Cheesecake.
And that's enough for now, I think, because now I want dessert...
