Blizzard of '09...

The sky is falling!

(Which, inasmuch as 'the sky' means 'atmosphere', and water vapor is part of the atmosphere until it starts precipitating out, is basically true, if not exactly what people usually mean.)

Lots of snow and wind. By the time I was ready to head off to work, traffic reports had Highway 36 jammed from Interlocken all the way to Boulder, so I decided to telecommute today.

Ran to the grocery story to pick up a prescription. (And some supplies, while I was there. And a snow shovel.)

I just got back, and indeed, just got an email: work is closing.

Greg got sent home early, but not early enough: he's currently stuck on 36 between I-25 and Federal. Again. Suck-o...

ETA: Yay! He's home!
