dr_tectonic: (Whovian robo-spider)
My brain is waaaaay more interested in thinking about playing Galactrix today than it is in editing text or writing code.

Now, admittedly, the code I'm working on is calculating the percent change in the multi-year average of the monthly average total accumulation of precipitation aggregated by 3-hourly percentile bins, and it took me a significant stretch of time to even figure out what that MEANS, let alone get started on working out how to actually DO it.

So the brain kind of has a point.

But that doesn't really help much.

Star Trek yay!

It was pretty decent up to the point where they referenced Sulu's ability to fence...

...at which point the movie said "here, would you like some awesome?" and I said "yes, please!" and was won over.

More thoughts tomorrow.
