We're playing online games. Dominion has an official website (https://dominion.games), and Board Game Arena (https://boardgamearena.com) has several dozen different games. All the ones that I've played have had really solid implementations.
I too miss the physicality (though it's kind of surprising how much faster many games go when you automate it out), but it's a satisfying substitute while we're all stuck at home.
