Also, people who use 'vacation' programs that don't recognize email from mailing lists and reply to the whole list? And mailing lists that can't filter out auto-replies from vacation programs?

To be fair, a number of popular mailing list programs don't bother to add the Precedence: Bulk|List sections to their headers.
