Of course, having decided that my costume was evil me from the mirror universe, I had to fire up gimp and make an icon for it. I'm pleased enough with how it turned out that I'm making it my default icon through Halloween. Here's the full-sized version:

Heh. Brilliant. Your eyes look like they might shoot laser beams at any moment.

When I was a redhead, I remember that dying facial hair was the part that made me most uncomfortable (well, that, and dying my eyebrows...).

It makes you a lot more Scandinavian-looking...which is not a bad thing.

I found some bleach that's especially for facial hair. If I do this again, I'll go ahead and use regular bleach for the beard and mustache (since the hair is so coarse), but it's definitely the right stuff to use on eyebrows.

Wow! That's wonderfully freaky. The eyes are great.

You need some kind of a mandarin collar outfit to complete the Evil Parallel Universe Beemer image.

You kind of look like Richard Dreyfuss.

Your philosophew approves of your new look. He's calling you BeeBee and trying to kiss and hug the screen. Now he's trying to type and kiss at the same time.

somehow, that pic has a very max headroom look to it. i think it's the non-plumb lines in the background that do it.

What's funny is that all I did for the background was reverse-video it. Those lines are just walls and closet (and tricks of perspective from the camera -- our apartment isn't that out of kilter!)
