Dec. 2nd, 2006 12:00 amTelecommuted yesterday instead of driving in the snow. It's still cold, but we've got lots of sun, so the snow won't last long.
We split the party this evening; Greg & Jerry went to a kung fu dinner while I went down to Common Grounds for birthday Gin & Coffee in honor of Kate. Happy birthday Kate! Spend a good chunk of it hanging out with Neal & Mike K. chatting games while Neal's little boy ran around and around and around with some other kids.
One of our neighbors has lots of xmas lights on the balcony, and one of the radio stations I channel-surf through while driving is playing christmas carols. I'm starting to feel a little seasonal spirit. (I'll listen to Annie Lennox's version of "Winter Wonderland" any chance I get.)

Date: 2006-12-04 04:31 pm (UTC)I'm trying to decide whether there will be decorating at my house this year. It's the amount of work to get the house in a state where decorating *could* be done that's the issue. Sigh.
