Paranoia Agent just gets weirder and weirder. I'm currently wondering if it's some kind of crazy zen metaphor or something.

P.S.: [livejournal.com profile] badjeebus, you need to go watch the video in the comments section of this post. (I would have just emailed you a link, but I can't remember your email address at the moment, and other people can look at it, too. Warning: subtitled metal.)

I would have just emailed you a link, but then others wouldn't have laughed so hard - and where would the fun be in that?

Why aren't power point presentations this much fun at work?

Stick out the whole series. There will be a horribly slow point where Little Slugger doesn't show up. That point of the series is gathering the final set of people for a rather good ending.

I love the opening theme music.

Thanks! I generally assume that an anime series like this won't necessarily make any sense before the last episode, but I'm glad to know that it actually does go somewhere. (Because sometimes they kinda don't.)

I love that song, too!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I really needed that confirmation, as I was about to hit the wiki site to grab a synopsis due to my frustration. I've got a couple of hypotheses, but it's always better to see if they pan out by watching the series instead of reading a review.

I really can't get that opening theme out of my head.

I will have to try again when I get home. I tried, oh lord how I tried but I lost faith somewhere in there and gave up. And the making-no-sense-at-all of it still haunts me...

This isn't a guarantee that either of you will *like* the ending, but it does come to some closure. You're experienced anime-niacs, so you're at least prepared. :-)
