dr_tectonicWhen you're a kid, you wonder what grown-ups do when they stay up past midnight and all the kids have to go to bed. You assume that it's something really exciting, and would likely be very disappointed to discover that really, grown-ups mostly just sit around and talk.
Now that I'm no longer a kid, I really like sitting around and talking. And parties that involve nothing more than hanging out? Just fine.
William had his "my house turned 100 recently" party. Got to see him, see the house, meet his dogs (a pug and a French bulldog -- cute and sweet but snorty). Then this evening, Greg & Jerry were peopled out but I went over to hang with Bryree & the Floyds. We had conversation. I hypothesize that I am, in fact, a grown-up.
