Cheese update
Oct. 10th, 2012 11:22 pmThe 2-year aged Borenkaas Gouda is a nibble-small-bits kind of cheese. Shattery in texture, with occasional crystalline pockets. Very sharp, but with a really complex and drawn-out finish/aftertaste. Not something I'd eat all the time, or in large quantities, but thoroughly enjoyable nonetheless. Recommended.
