Thanks for all the well-wishes. Feeling much better today.

My throat is still sore, but I'm not totally lacking in energy the way I was yesterday. Despite the fact that I was awake for a grand total of about 6 hours, I still managed to get a haircut, drop by the kung-fu studio to tell Nick that Jerry was sick and wouldn't be there, and go to the grocery store.

I bought macaroons, because they were on sale and I have no willpower when I am feeling yucky.

Agreed. It's in the "chocolate cake" clause for Woobah, I believe. Cake can and should be added as the circumstances warrent.

Substitue chocolate for cake and it sounds perfect. :)
