Thursday afternoon trekked up to the Mesa Lab for a very cool presentation on The Physics and Art of Fluid Flow. At CU, they have a crossover Fine Arts/Mechanical Engineering class that's all about taking pictures of fluids. The trick is, the pictures need to be both scientifically meaningful and aesthetically pleasing. It was a nice talk about the overlap between Art and Science.
