The Mad Schemes of Dr. Tectonic

So yesterday morning I got to take kung_fu_monkey to get endoscoped. He already posted about it, so I'll just say he's very cute when he's all groggy and worrying whether he was snoring under anaesthesia. Came home afterward and hung out with him while the stuff wore off. I was going to head in to work in the afternoon, but by the time all was said and done, I decided just to pick up his prescription and go grocery shopping and then stay home.

In the evening, we took the Giant Mystery Package that Greg and Jerry had picked up from the Greyhound station earlier in the week over to K+T, wherein was revealed the Coolest Bed Evar: a baby boat!

Then they took us out to dinner at this Italian place that was utterly awesome. I'm now trying to plan ways to deliver cool gifts to them more often.

It was, all told, quite a fine day.
