So can anyone tell me whether sinuses are really a necessary part of the body?

Because if mine don't stop hurting pretty soon, I'm going to start investigating ways to remove them.

saintpookie has a squeeze bottle that does the same thing. I've used it once or twice when I was totally clogged up, and it does indeed work wonders.

The weird thing was my sinuses were all clear, just really painful. Ibuprofen fixed it -- but I should have remembered to try the sinus rinse.
